Why this target
A high peak about 26 km from the centre of Shackleton, one of NASA's 13 Artemis III candidate regions in 2022 (dropped in 2024). Press reports place China's Chang'e-7 lander and rover near here, but CNSA has published no landing coordinate, so this pack studies the NASA region, not a Chang'e-7 site.
